
Turning CRM value into a clear and scalable subscription experience
This project focused on designing the landing page and checkout system for PropAI CRM, a real estate platform for managing leads, inventory, meetings, and sales workflows. The goal was to clearly communicate product value while simplifying how users choose and purchase a subscription plan.

The original subscription system was unclear, as pricing depended on the number of users added by the admin. This made it difficult for users to understand their actual cost, leading to confusion and hesitation during sign-up.
The Goal was to create a platform that:
Simplify the pricing structure
Help users understand cost instantly
Improve conversion from landing page to checkout
Clearly communicate CRM value and AI advantages
Reduce friction in the purchase flow
After analyzing the subscription model, I restructured the experience around user behavior by introducing a dynamic pricing system where users can select the number of seats and instantly see total cost.
To improve clarity and conversion, I:
Designed an interactive pricing calculator based on user count.
Simplified the checkout flow to reduce friction and speed up decisions.
Reframed the landing page to highlight CRM value, AI features, and business outcomes.
Improved plan comparison to support faster decision-making.
Positioned the product as a tool to close more deals and improve team efficiency.
The solution combined pricing logic, UX clarity, and product storytelling into one seamless flow.
The redesigned significantly improved how users understood pricing and interacted with the product. The interactive model reduced confusion, increased engagement with pricing options, and made the checkout process smoother and faster.
