EATN Event Platform is a centralized event management system designed to manage the full event experience through:

The event faced challenges with manual access control, session organization, ticket-based permissions, Meet & Greet coordination, and real-time attendee management.
The Goal was to create a platform that:
simplifies attendee navigation
Improves organizer workflows
Enables fast NFC access
Enhances networking
Centralizes event management into one scalable system.
I collaborated closely with stakeholders and developers through continuous discussions, rapid iterations, and intensive product research to understand operational workflows and attendee behavior.
One of the main challenges was the NFC scanning experience. Multiple flows were tested to create a fast and intuitive access system for organizers during live events.
The final solution included:
Attendee scheduling and networking.
NFC-based session access.
Organizer scanning workflows.
Speaker session management.
Centralized admin dashboard for managing sessions, attendees, organizers, notifications, and permissions.
The full platform — including all apps and dashboard experiences — was designed within one week as part of the overall 3-week project timeline.
The platform improved operational efficiency, attendee engagement, session organization, and real-time event management.
